All documents received after 4:00pm for service the next day are subject to “same day” surcharge. Included for assignments where process server is schedule to attend at a specific date and time. * All charges for initial servee at any one address. $25 one time fee for each additional servee at any one address, regardless of number of attempts. * “Same Day” one time charge per process server may apply $100. “Must have” attempt within 24 hours of receipt of assignment or for set date/time appointment. |

Most documents are sent by email in pdf format to our Albany office for printing and service. If you need your copies service, please note we will send them by overnight delivery to our Albany office. The statutory fee paid to the Secretary of State is $40. We charge a small fee for making this disbursement. |
| Outside the United States | $500 minimum | As with out of state service, many factors impact on the cost and the ability to effect civil process in any particular country. Documents may need to be translated into the native language. Special care must be taken to assure that it is legal in that country to serve process in a matter pending before a court or tribunal of a non-native country. The person(s) providing the service must be authorized to perform that service in that country. And care must be taken to assure that affidavits of service, in proper form, fully and completely notarized, possibly with an Apostille, are prepared and returned on a timely basis.Service via the Hague Convention may also be effected. For any matter pending in a US District Court, service via the Hague Convention is required. However, concurrent service by a private process server is often performed in order to avoid long delays in effecting service of process by a foreign country’s central authority. Mobile Notary Public Service Fees Service fees are based on the location where our Notary Public meets you and/or your clients. We DO NOT charge per signature, nor per document, nor per person for whom our services are provided. We charge to have the Notary Public attend at a location. The first 15 minutes on location are included in the initial fee. If the Notary Public remains on site for more than 15 minutes, we charge for that additional time in ½ hour increments, beginning with the time at which the Notary Public first arrived. |

PLEASE TAKE NOTE: All agreements for services between “YOU” (meaning 1: you personally; 2: the firm, company, agency or any organization for which you are employed or otherwise represent as agent and upon whose behalf our services are retained; 3: any and all persons or organizations which you represent as counsel and upon whose behalf our services are retained) and “US” (meaning Target Legal Process Worldwide Corporation) shall be deemed made within the City and State of New York and all issues pertaining thereto shall be governed by and subject to the jurisdiction of the laws and courts of the State of New York and City of New York. We (Target Legal Process Worldwide Corporation or its agents or assigns) may elect to commence any proceeding with regard to any contract between you and us in any legal forum within the State of New York or in any local within which you reside or have an office or a place of business. By retaining and contracting for the services of Target Legal Process Worldwide Corporation you thereby consent to the jurisdiction of any court of proper jurisdiction within the State of New York. You also agree and promise that all fees and disbursements shall be paid within thirty (30) days from the date any invoice is issued to you, whether by email, regular mail, or otherwise. For any invoice unpaid after 30 days, Target Legal Process Worldwide Corporation, its agents and assigns, reserves the right to: 1: charge finance, carrying and/or collection charges at a rate calculated at a monthly percentage of the TOTAL amount of such invoice due of not less than Ten dollars ($10.00) or two percent (2%), whichever is greater, for each month or part thereof starting with the month during which the invoice was issued; 2: rescind any discount theretofore provided and to recalculate the fees therein charged to reflect standard fees and to reissue the invoice nunc pro tunc; 3: Reserve all other legal rights and remedies to itself.
ALL PERSONS AND ALL ENTITIES (PUBLIC AND PRIVATE) ARE DEEMED TO BE FAMILIAR WITH AND TO AGREE TO ALL TERMS FOR FEES, CHARGES AND PAYMENT AS HEREIN STATED. THE PERSON OR ENTITY TO WHICH ANY INVOICE IS ADDRESSED IS PRIMARILY RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT. TARGET LEGAL PROCESS WORLDWIDE CORPORATION RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK PAYMENT FROM ALL OTHERS FOR WHOM, OR ON BEHALF OF WHOM, THE PRIMARILY RESPONSIBLE PERSON OR ENTITY ACTED AS COUNSEL OR AGENT. HOWEVER, NOTHING SHALL BE DEEMED TO RELIEVE THE PRIMARILY RESPONSIBLE PERSON OR ENTITY FROM THEIR RESPONSIBILITY FOR PAYMENT.
